Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

NovaCart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
